Are you 100% Gluten Free?
Yes, but you won't know! Orders are made on a dedicated gluten free surface with cooking equipment that has never touched gluten. As a celiac, and someone with food allergies, I take food preparation very serious!

How do I order and do you deliver?
Orders can be placed online or through social media and are prepared 3 days a week for delivery and pick up at the weekly location listed when you place your order. As a small business, operated out of my home kitchen, I try my best to accommodate all orders, but will post an update to the site if I am no longer taking orders for that week.

How do I store your baked goods to keep them fresh?
If leaving at room temperature, most products will still taste great if eaten within 3-5 days. Some products, like cakes and those with icing may hold better if placed in the refrigerator for up to a week and placed at room temperature before you eat. For longer-term storage, you can freeze items for up to 1 month and reheat when you are ready to eat!

Can I order in bulk for an event?
Yes! I would love to prepare for your event, office party, or celebration. For events, please email me at crumbconscious@gmail.com to ensure I can meet your needs.

What is your cancellation policy for orders?
Because I make all products from scratch and bake exactly the amount needed for orders, if you cancel an order within 24 hours of your request, you will be refunded. If you cancel outside of the 24 hour window, I cannot guarantee a refund.
