As someone with celiac disease and other food allergies, I take preparation and allergen awareness very seriously. Below is a list of the top 9 allergens in my cookie dough and brownie batter.

The Peanut Butter Cinnamon Sugar Cookie also has peanuts, and the Chocolate Caramel Coconut Cookie has tree nuts (coconut). During my weekly preparation, I make all cookies that have nuts last to mitigate exposure to the other cookies.
